Indoor All-Grain Brewing Demo

Take a break from the winter’s cold and join us for an indoor all-grain brewing demonstration.

For those interested in learning about his brewing process, Joe will be brewing and explaining his way through a 5 gallon batch of British ale on his stove from 9am-1pm. In the afternoon we can put the kettles away and focus on sharing some tasty beers and good company over some lunch. Burgers and dogs will be provided. The schedule:

9am (sharp) – Mash In
11am – The 60 minute boil will begin
11:15am – We keg the previous batch and harvest the yeast for today’s batch from its dregs
1pm – Brew day ends and the grilling begins
