The Half Ass Brew

So the big club event for April is a brew out at Paul Hethmon’s house. We will be having a “half” ass brew for the pig roast in June. The plan is to brew 12 to 13 gallons of a brown ale and divide it into 3 batches for fermentation.
We’ll get started around 9 AM and finish early afternoon.
Not sure about lunch yet, but I might try to fire up the wood fired pizza oven if I can find some help.
My system is a natural gas fired indoor system with 20 gallon kettles.
Please walk around to the back of the house on the left side, come through the small gate to the patio entrance.
