This will be the brew out for the pig roast beer. Thinking of doing a pilsner, but everything yet to be determined. I will plan on putting together wood fired pizza for lunch.

It's time again to roast another whole hog and sip homebrew all day long. Join us at Paul's house for the 8th installment of the Big Ass Pig Roast. Things start up around 10 am and end when the bones are picked and the kegs are dry. It's EPIC!
