Join ETPRI and the Tennessee Valley Homebrewers in a celebration of, and a workshop on, the fermentation of grain into a delightful elixir. Activities include grinding your grain, starting a mash, details on the home brewing process, transfer, and pitch. A fish and chips luncheon will start at 12:30, at which variety of beers can be sampled. If you’re a home brewer and would like to share your product, please bring.
Return in two weeks (February 10, time TBD) for racking, bottling, and sampling.
